Prepaid Credit Cards Prepaid Credit Cards (sometimes called secured credit cards) are used for people with bad credit who have either had a bankruptcy or perhaps have had trouble paying their bills in the past but would like the convenience and use of a credit card. They work by having the person deposit money in to an account and that money is used to secure the credit line of the card. You will only be able to use your card up to the amount in the account usually. |
