Signing Over Your Deed If you are having a hard time paying your current mortgage, a lender might come to you and say, "just sign it over to me and I'll take care of everything" and asks you to deed the property to him saying it is just to ensure him and to avoid foreclosure. DON'T. You will lose your house 100% of the time. 100%. The money will never come through. He will then either lease your property or sell it and you will receive nothing.
A legitimate lender will never do a deal like this so don't even
get started with them. |
